MyData Refreshed as of:  Monday,  June 10,  2024
System Status Is Operational

GetData and MyData will be offline Saturday April 27th from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

MyData/GetData Access Issues:

If your access was recently updated, or removed, please go to oneAccess and request the appropriate role again.   If oneAccess still displays a current access role, please revoke/remove that previous role before applying again.   Any HR employee assignment updates on July 1, 2022 or after, resets your access automatically.

You will need to apply for access again.  This is a regular security process.

If you need to review your role, or if you need more information about access, here is the link for the MyData Access Job Aid.

Any other issues with access go to Request Software Application Technical Support and open a ticket for MyData.

MyData detail reports open in a new window. If you have pop-up blockers enabled, you will need to disable them to view the detail reports. Click the heading for instructions.
The blue numbers are hyperlinks that can be drilled to obtain a detail report such as list of individual students.  To drill, simply click on the blue number with your left mouse button.   A detail report will open in a new window, giving you names of individual students.

Detail reports also show student ID’s as blue links, which means that you can click on the link to drill to individual student information.
When you access most of the aggregate reports, you will see blue numbers as well as black numbers in the cells. What is the significance of these colors?
To print reports, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your machine.  You will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open some of the detail reports.

To download Adobe Acrobat, go to http://adobe.com.

To print a report, use the Print link located under the report and choose the Printable PDF option. This will give you a clean, formatted copy of the report.

Do not use the print function on your browser. This will give you a screen-shot version of the report, not a formatted version that is ready for printing.
Most of the reports in MyData can be expoted to Excel.

To export to Excel, click on the Export link under the report and choose the Excel 2007+ option.
You will be prompted with the options Open with or Save File. Here you can open the file using Excel or save it to a specific location on your computer
You can do this by using the masking feature. When activated, the student names and ID’s are masked with “xxxxx.”

To enable this feature, scroll down to the Privacy Settings filter. For the Enable Masking drop-down, choose Yes, then click Apply. The names and ID's will now be masked with “xxxxx.”
When doing a PD, use this technique to hide student names and ID's from being displayed.
After customizing a report and making changes to the filters, how do I undo the filters so I can get back to the default report?

To set all filters back to their default values, click on the Reset button at the bottom of the Filters Pane and choose the Reset to default values option.  This will reset all the filters back to the default settings for that report.
