Planning
The planning phase is the initial stage where comprehensive data is gathered to understand the current technology environment and future needs. This includes assessing existing systems, identifying gaps, and defining the project scope.
Quality Assurance
In the design phase, quality assurance conducts design reviews to ensure solutions meet compliance requirements and adhere to detailed specifications. This includes verifying that system architecture, documentation, and projects align with established standards, specifications, and acceptance criteria for project completion.
Installation
The installation phase is the stage where the system or equipment is deployed and set up in its operational environment. It involves configuring components, integrating systems, and ensuring that all elements are correctly installed and functioning as intended.
Repair
Repair phase provides support for maintaining and restoring IT infrastructure across District sites. This entails troubleshooting, equipment replacement, and on-site repairs to ensure that critical systems such as networking, communication, and safety function reliably and efficiently.
Project Spotlight
Banning HS
Banning High School was a part of Phase 1 of our School Networking Systems Upgrade. As part of this initiative, the campus received a comprehensive LAN upgrade, enhancing network speed and reliability to better support students, staff, and overall school operations.
