IT Human Resources

Our Purpose

The Human Resources Unit is the division's liaison to the Personnel Commission and various  District departments to help employees with work related challenges and to provide resources.  We assist management with staffing needs and ensure that the division is in compliance with Federal/State laws and District and Division guidelines, policies and rules.

We are a high performing, customer-focused, proactive, and innovative division that supports the needs of LAUSD students and their families,employees, and the community by providing appropriate and effective technological solutions, facilitating each student's path to college and career readiness.

You can now view your paystub on-line using the Employee Service Center (ESS)!

You can now view your paystub on-line using the Employee Service Center (ESS)! Remember that as of February 23, 2012, all employees with direct deposit will no longer receive paper copies of their pay stubs.
