IT Human Resources

Our Purpose

The Human Resources Unit is the division's liaison to the Personnel Commission and various District departments to help employees with work related challenges and to provide resources. We assist management with staffing needs and ensure that the division is in compliance with Federal/State laws and District and Division guidelines, policies and rules.

The Vision of the IT Division

We are a high performing, customer-focused, proactive, and innovative division that supports the needs of LAUSD students and their families,employees, and the community by providing appropriate and effective technological solutions, facilitating each student's path to college and career readiness.
