Sign-On Guide (ODA)

If you are a contractor,

The EZ Access System has been updated to enable Non-LAUSD/Charter school employees to apply for a Welligent role when applying for a District Single Sign-On (SSO) or reactivating expired/inactivate SSO account electronically via the web.

In order to renew or reactivate expired accounts, please use EZ Access. You will be required to have domain e-mail @ from charter or NPA/NPS provider.

If you receive an error that site is not setup for EZ Access, please contact your Principal, Director, or Site Administrator available and ask them to download the Site Administrator Form (link).

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION:

First-time users must activate their account and setup a password and password hint question/answer.  It is important to set up a password hint question and answer for future password resets.

• Password cannot be the same as the user ID.

• Passwords must consist of a mix of alphabetic and numeric characters.

Employees who don’t know their password should:

2. Click on the ‘Reset a forgotten password’ link.

3. Enter the requested identifying information and click submit.
