Transition from BMC Remedy Ticketing System to Service Now for all IT Requests

ITS will begin moving the service catalog from BMC Remedy to a new system called Service Now.

Beginning Monday, April 21, 2025, you’ll use Service Now to submit your IT requests—just like you did in Remedy.

This change will help us:

  • Make workflows smoother
  • Improve security
  • Use one system for all IT Tickets
