ITS will begin moving the service catalog from BMC Remedy to a new system called Service Now. Beginning Tuesday, April 22, 2025, you’ll use Service Now to submit your IT requests—just like you did in Remedy.
 
This change will help us:
  • Make workflows smoother
  • Improve security
  • Use one system for all IT Tickets
 
The new website to login beginning on April 22nd is https://lausd.service-now.com

The Remedy Asset Management menu was shut down for service at 1PM on Friday, April 11. During Spring Recess, everything will move over to Follett Destiny.
 
Beginning April 18, you'll use Destiny for all IT asset and inventory tasks.

Here’s what you’ll get with Destiny:
  • Easy to Use – Same look and feel as the library system
  • Fines – Sites can charge fines when needed
  • Barcodes – Print barcodes for easy tracking
  • MDM Integration – Lost/stolen devices are auto-disabled
  • Reports – IDMs can pull real-time device reports
